Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in Payson, UT is hiring a Crew Member to deliver friendly, fast service and help prepare pizzas to Little Caesars standards. You may work front-of-house, back-of-house, or both depending on needs.

The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in person and by phone.
• Prepare food to company standards, including pizza assembly and prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices at all times.
• Operate POS systems and handle orders accurately.
• Assist with restocking, prep work, and shift duties as needed.
