Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience—fast service, friendly hospitality, and great-looking pizzas and salads in a cool setting.

No experience required; 16+; must be authorized to work in the United States. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, paid sick time, 401(k), free pizza, salad and beverages, discounted gym membership, and free counseling sessions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to do the following.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as described in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team and restaurant success.
• Take care of guests and engage with them to enhance their MOD experience.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and guests.
