Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience by making pizzas and salads, serving guests with speed and hospitality, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You’ll follow MOD standards, learn quickly, and work with a fun, diverse squad. No prior experience is needed; you must be 16+ and authorized to work in the United States, with certification within 30 days where required. Eligible for insurance, 401(k), and free pizza perks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to follow processes and instructions.
• Demonstrate a passion for people and guest engagement.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Show interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and your teammates.
• Must be 16 years or older and authorized to work in the United States; must obtain food safety certification within 30 days where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests and teammates.
• Demonstrate hospitality by being friendly, accurate and fast on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the success of the team and restaurant.
