MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member in the United States. You will help deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests, preparing pizzas and salads with care in a fast, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to perform duties.
• Demonstrate passion for people, connect with squad and guests.
• Follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old; check location rules for 18 in some states.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
• Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
• Take care of your guests and get to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests
