• Make pizzas and salads per MOD standards to ensure quality.
• Prepare, cook, and package orders with timely, consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards.
• Keep store clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Arrive on time in MOD dress code and ready to deliver a great experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality by being friendly, accurate and fast.
• Accept coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team and restaurant success.
• Engage with guests to welcome and converse during visits.
• Support the squad and create the MOD experience together.
