Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to MOD and teammates.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
• Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad and guests.
• Some states limit tools/appliances until 18; check location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests, vendors and crew.
• Demonstrate hospitality through friendliness, speed and accuracy on every shift.
• Follow coaching and directions from restaurant leaders.
