Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience with fast, friendly service. You will prepare pizzas and salads, engage with guests, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment at our Lake Oswego location.

No experience is required, but a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and a desire to learn are essential. You’ll be part of a team that values community and guest satisfaction, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to do the following.
• Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with squad and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, ready to deliver an excellent experience.
