Cicis Pizza-Top Slice LLC in Matthews, NC is hiring for a Cook/Prep on a part-time basis. You’ll handle day-to-day production, follow recipes, and support the kitchen in a fast-paced setting while upholding food safety standards. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Requirements include being at least 16, able to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Prior kitchen experience is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to pass food safety training.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow food safety procedures.
• Prepare dough, sauces, and cheese daily.
• Ensure recipes are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Place orders and properly put away received inventory.
• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned.
