Job summary

Cicis is seeking a Cook/Prep to handle day-to-day food production in our fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, practice food safety, and help with dough, sauces, and cheese daily. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, placing orders, stocking inventory, and supporting the kitchen with pizza preparation and finishing products. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to pass food safety training.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Must comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards.

• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned
