Job summary

Cicis is hiring a Cook/Prep in North Carolina for part-time hours. You’ll handle daily food production, follow recipes and food safety practices, and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

The role includes prepping dough, sauces, and cheese, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and pizza preparation. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to pass food safety training.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety procedures.
• Prepare dough, sauces, and cheese daily.
• Ensure recipes are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Place orders and properly put away received inventory.
• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned.
