Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Pizza Cook to join our team. You will prepare menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, stretch dough to shape pizzas, and ensure consistent quality throughout service. You’ll interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and produce dough daily.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking – 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes. Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
