Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Pizza Cook to join our team in Pittsburgh. You’ll prepare menu items per Parkhurst recipes, stretch dough, and produce pizzas during each service. This role offers a values-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group.

You’ll work on site in Pittsburgh, stand/walk throughout shifts, and help maintain quality. The team emphasizes guest interactions and Smile Plus hospitality.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes and produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain quality throughout service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
