Job summary

Old Chicago Restaurants is hiring for line cooks, prep cooks, and pizza cooks at our Salina location. You will craft made-from-scratch dishes, follow our recipe procedures, and cook a variety of meals to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Roles can be part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling to accommodate school, life and family. We offer advancement opportunities, vacation pay, and team member discounts, and require 18+ to operate kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Experience with pizza ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the menu.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with Managers and Team Members.
