Job summary

Old Chicago Pizza is hiring line cooks, prep cooks and pizza cooks to craft our made-from-scratch dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. Roles involve preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, following recipes and maintaining high standards.

We offer part-time or full-time hours with flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, vacation pay and team member discounts. Prior kitchen experience is welcome but not required, and applicants must be ready to work a variety of shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment (knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, pizza oven) desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the menu.
• Follow recipes and ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
