Rosati’s Pizza - Muskego is seeking a Pizza Cook to join our Kitchen Staff. You will help prepare and bake pizzas, support the team, and learn Rosati family recipes. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We value great food, hustle, and teamwork to keep pizzas flying out of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs.
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in warm temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas from our menu and custom orders.
• Bake dough varieties including thin crust, double dough, and Chicago-style deep dish.
• Support line-cook tasks as needed.
• Monitor stock and place orders as required.
• Maintain a clean, sterilized cooking station.
