Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll work on our family recipes, keep a fast-paced line moving, and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required, as we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You should enjoy good food and hustle to help your teammates, maintain clean stations, and follow directions to produce high-quality items quickly for dine-in and take-out orders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with preparing and cooking food.
• Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• Must stand on feet approx. 90% of the workday.
• Capable of withstanding warm temperatures and using kitchen equipment.
• Endure physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving around the facility.
• Follow directions and create menu items with care.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food from the menu and for custom orders.
• Perform line-cook related tasks as needed.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
• Prepare food for success for both cook and salad line.
