Qualifications

• Knowledge of dough, stretching, topping, and oven operation.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas efficiently and consistently.
• Prepare pizza ingredients, sauces, dough, and other food items as needed.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure proper food quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
• Communicate and work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Assist with preparing other menu items when needed.
