Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pizza cook, pizzaiolo, or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of dough handling and fermentation basics.
• Food safety practices and possible certification.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough to proper thickness and shape.
• Portion and apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings per recipe.
• Operate pizza ovens and monitor bake times/temperatures.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Prep ingredients ahead of service and keep station stocked.
• Keep the station clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage tickets.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering of supplies.
