Job Summary

Responsible for the quality, quantity, and timeliness of pizza station menu production, preparing food according to recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

Essential Functions

• Prepare all menu items per Parkhurst recipes. Produce specialty pizzas each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to achieve round shape.
• Ensure food quality and maintain standards throughout service.
• Interact with guests professionally, using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
• Ensure proper line presentation and food temperature maintenance.
• Complete daily production sheets.
• Store and date all food items properly.
• Follow cleaning schedules and use “clean as you go” techniques.
• Communicate needs to management.
• Follow dress code and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards.
• Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned.
