Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in Skokie, IL is hiring a Pizza Chef to uphold high food quality and sanitation standards and to ensure timely pizza preparation. You’ll work with the “Dough-Pro” station expertise and support opening/closing duties with side work.

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.

• Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.

They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes. They are our experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine. Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed. They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
