Job summary

Pizza Bocca Lupo, located in San Pedro Square Market in San Jose, seeks a Kitchen Team Member to join our artisan pizzeria. You’ll help with hand-stretched dough, prep ingredients, and work with high-quality ingredients in a wood-fired kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year kitchen or food service experience, a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure on busy weekends, and a team spirit. Expect a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the best artisan pizza experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and assisting with pizza-making, including hand-stretching dough and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially during busy Friday and Saturday nights.
