Job summary

Pizza Bocca Lupo, located in San Pedro Square Market in San Jose, seeks a Kitchen Team Member to join our artisan pizzeria. You’ll help with hand-stretched dough, prep ingredients, and work with high-quality ingredients in a wood-fired kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year kitchen or food service experience, a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure on busy weekends, and a team spirit. Expect a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar food service environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and assisting with pizza-making, including hand-stretching dough and using high-quality ingredients.
• Operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially during busy Friday and Saturday nights.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lifting up to 50lbs as part of daily tasks.
