• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using proper dough handling techniques
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times
• Prep ingredients including sauces, toppings, and dough on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using proper dough handling techniques
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times
• Prep ingredients including sauces, toppings, and dough on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and baking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
