Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our Naples, FL team. You will prepare all pizzas with a focus on quality, sanitation, and timely service, while using the Dough-Pro machine and upholding CPK's high service standards.

Role requires 3–6 months of related experience or training. We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts including full and part-time opportunities, and an emphasis on teamwork and epic service in a dynamic dining environment.

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station recipes.
• Operate and manage the Dough-Pro machine and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close the station and perform side work duties as assigned.

They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes. They are our experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine. Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed. They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
