• Familiarity with dough handling and pizza station operations.

Mansioni

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes.
• Be the expert for the Dough-Pro machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Maintain correct temperatures and perform opening/closing duties.
