California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pizza Chef in Kailua, Hawaii. You will maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation and ensure timely pizza preparation. You will work with the Dough-Pro machine and perform opening/closing duties, while observing safe handling practices.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas on station.
• Prepare items for the station and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment.
