California Pizza Kitchen in Hawaii is seeking a Pizza Chef to bring California creativity to our guests and maintain the high standards for quality and service. You will be part of a team that makes every guest’s dining experience memorable.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Expert of the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
