California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. is hiring a Pizza Chef to join our team and deliver the guest-first dining experience the CPK way. You will operate the pizza station, ensure quality, and support prep and cleanliness standards in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes.
• Be the expert of the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment; perform opening/closing and side work duties.
