Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Pala Lead to supervise the production of Roman-style Pizza alla Pala and other bakery items. This role requires overseeing the bakery/pizza production staff, ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and at least one year of supervisory experience in a production environment. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the bakery/pizza production staff.
• Assists in leading, training, and developing team members.
• Prepares pizza, focaccia, and other bakery items.
• Manages stock of raw materials and inventory.
• Maintains clean and sanitary production area.
