Mosaic North America seeks a highly motivated Google Pixel Sales Specialist to own the Google ecosystem inside a dedicated Best Buy retail store. Maximize Pixel & Fitbit sales, serve as the Pixel Guru, and elevate the Best Buy team’s ability to pitch the brand on the floor.

You will drive your own sales and mentor staff, becoming the resident expert on Google Pixel & Fitbit features to close deals and grow market presence.

• Direct Sales & Ecosystem Growth (The Ultimate Goal)
• Drive Relentless Growth: take complete ownership of increasing Pixel & Fitbit device and ecosystem sales within the store
• Sell Exclusively Pixel: pitch Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices
• Over-Deliver on Targets: meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
• In-Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication
• Empower the Best Buy Team: coach them, conduct high-energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are selling Pixel & Fitbit
• Be the Resident Expert: demonstrate cutting-edge AI features to customers and staff to close the deal
• Team Selling: assist Best Buy reps in converting interest in Android & Fitbit devices
• Brand Presence & Merchandising
• Maintain the Stage: ensure Pixel & Fitbit displays are pristine, functional, and visually dominating
• Amplify the Brand: keep the store energized around promotions to capture attention
