Job summary

Acosta Group's Mosaic unit is seeking a highly motivated Google Pixel Sales Specialist to own the Google ecosystem inside a Best Buy store in Lynnwood, WA. You will drive Pixel and Fitbit devices, act as the Pixel Guru for the floor, and partner with Best Buy staff to maximize in-store sales.

You will work Thursday through Sunday, 32 hours per week, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with compensation of $27 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales with a history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience preferred.
• Self-driven, urgent, proactive, and able to hunt for the next sale.
• Competitive streak driven by leaderboards and metrics.
• Charismatic closer with confidence to approach customers and close deals.
• Ability to coach and mentor, leveraging Best Buy staff.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have own vehicle to transport equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Ecosystem Growth.
• Drive Relentless Growth: take ownership of increasing Pixel & Fitbit sales within the store.
• Sell Exclusively Pixel: pitch Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices.
• Over-Deliver on Targets: meet, exceed, and shatter sales quotas weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• In-Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication: coach and shadow Best Buy staff to boost Pixel & Fitbit sales.
• Be the Resident Expert: demonstrate AI features to close deals.
• Team Selling: assist Best Buy reps in converting interested customers.
• Brand Presence & Merchandising: keep displays pristine and dominant.
• Amplify the Brand: promote current Google/Fitbit promotions.
