Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for the Charging team in Mountain View, CA. You will drive cross-functional programs for Pixel charging software, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to plan requirements, schedule milestones, and manage risks across multi-year roadmaps for phones and silicon.

The role emphasizes leading complex initiatives, communicating with executives, and delivering high-quality charging experiences across devices.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience with embedded software development.
Experience with charging engineering.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with software engineers to ensure wired and wireless phone charging capabilities are brought up and productized at power, performance, and thermals.
Work closely with leads and partners to ensure software and roadmap feature alignment for current and future programs.
Define and report metrics on system stability, and create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
Drive build integration and manage regressions. Anticipate stability risks and proactively mitigate them.
Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing engaged priorities.
