Job summary

Google's Devices & Services team seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for Embedded Pixel to steer cross-functional hardware-software programs. You will plan requirements with internal customers, set milestones, manage risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives.

Collaborating with Product Managers, you will define power/performance strategies for Pixel and maintain multi-year roadmaps to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience in embedded systems development.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 3 years of experience managing people or teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship with measurable improvements.
• Manage highly complex cross-functional Software projects across Hardware and Software; interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work and milestones.
• Drive features, track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Managers to set power product strategy and manage a multi-year Pixel roadmap.
