Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; two-year college degree preferred.
• Two years of experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of HSPD-12 compliant Physical Access Control System (PACS).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process access badge requests with documentation.
• Complete issuer portion of PIV badge after ID verification.
• Manage enrollment workstation scheduling during conflicts.
• Verify sponsorship information with the applicant.
• Verify and scan two identity source documents (I-9).
• Capture applicant photos and ten fingerprints in the system.
• Flag issues during enrollment and ensure badge printing after sponsor approval.
