Job summary

Relocity is seeking a Pittsburgh-based Relocation Consultant (1099 Contractor) to deliver high-touch relocation services to employees and families, both remotely and in-person within the local area. You’ll act as a knowledgeable local resource, guiding neighborhoods, housing, schools, and daily relocation logistics.

The role requires strong local market expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years residency in Pittsburgh with in-depth knowledge of local rental market and schools.
• Own a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license for area tours.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with relocating employees and families.
• Provide guidance on neighborhoods, housing options, and schooling.
• Conduct housing and school research and rental market insights.
• Coordinate area tours and onboarding activities with clients.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support the client experience.
• Document updates to ensure continuity of service.
