Overview

• Must have experience in employment litigation and/or commercial litigation, specifically including single plaintiff cases. Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery is required.


• Expected to serve as a point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff, and acting as a client contact. The role requires excellent writing and analytical skills, demonstrated project management abilities, and experience handling multiple cases independently.


• Wage and hour class actions experience is a plus. Deposition and/or courtroom experience is preferred. Employment advice and counseling experience is also desired.
