Qualifications

• Active PA Property and Casualty license required.
• Demonstrated history of managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Western Pennsylvania insurance market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients in the Pittsburgh area to understand their protection needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals addressing specific risk exposures.
• Maintain an active book of business with regular policy reviews and updates.
• Resolve client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claim processes with care.
• Network within the local community to grow agency presence and reputation.
