You will build ELT pipelines with Airbyte or Fivetran, create dbt models, enforce data contracts, and deliver Snowflake-based dashboards via FastAPI and internal React apps. This role requires 7+ years of data engineering, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Python/Azure experience; onsite in Pittsburgh with no relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of data engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on Snowflake schema design, warehouse sizing and cost management.
• Experience with Airbyte or Fivetran for multi-source ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own end-to-end data transformation initiatives.
• Design, build and operate ELT pipelines for 7 sources nightly.
• Build dbt staging models to clean and standardise data across sources.
• Establish data contracts with defined schemas, null rates, SLAs.
• Build and maintain internal operational database and dashboards.
• Collaborate to migrate from Azure SQL to Snowflake-native environment.
