Strike One Pitching is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Pitching Coach / Player Development Coach to join our growing player-development program for both Baseball & Softball.
This is a part-time, flexible-hours coaching position with opportunities to work with youth and high-school pitchers while learning and utilizing the Strike One training and development systems.
The Strike One Pitching Coach / Player Development Coach will work directly with athletes to help them develop better pitching mechanics, movement patterns, throwing skills, strength, and overall athletic development.
The coach will be trained in the Strike One player-development system and will utilize Strike One’s technology and coaching tools to provide athletes with a structured, measurable development experience.
Strike One will provide training on its coaching methodology, systems, technology, and player-development processes.
The goal is for each coach to develop the ability to confidently apply the Strike One system while maintaining consistency across the program.
Coaches will have access to Strike One’s established drills, coaching resources, technology, and development framework.
We are looking for someone who:
Playing experience is valuable, but strong coaching ability, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
