Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic (or intermediate) computer skills and ability to read safety instructions.
• English proficiency to read and understand safety instructions and warehouse documents.
• Ability to access and understand information from systems/reports to determine actions.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with Lockout/Tagout concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Dependability and punctuality; PIT safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load, unload, and sort windows and doors; pick, scan, and stage orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free warehouse floor with 5S housekeeping.
• Meet productivity standards and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE; participate in training.
