Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is looking for a Pit Technician to inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly and accurately. You will work with certified technicians, following the company’s mission and safety standards to deliver reliable service.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. Weekend availability is desired to support busy shop schedules.

Qualifications

• Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred
• Ability to read and understand written instructions with accuracy
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays

Responsibilities

• Inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly and thoroughly
• Perform multi-point inspections
• Advise service consultant/technician on additional work
• Service grease points and check fluid levels as needed
• Inspect rear differential and axle housings for issues
• Identify repairs and vehicle maintenance requirements
• Uphold company values, policies, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
