Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate powered industrial equipment, load and unload products, and pick orders in a fast-paced warehouse in Texas. You will rotate through duties, maintain a clean workspace and comply with safety protocols.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, basic computer skills and good English reading ability for safety instructions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic (or intermediate) computer skills
• English proficiency to read safety instructions and warehouse documents
• Ability to access information from reports to determine actions
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction)
• General knowledge of Lockout/Tagout
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills
• Dependability and punctuality
• Ability to operate a PIT safely and multiple PIT types

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and OSHA standards
• Load, unload and sort windows and doors
• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders accurately and damage-free
• Rotate through multiple duties and maintain a clean warehouse floor
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, RF scanners)
• Meet productivity standards and contribute to process improvements
• Engage in training and cross-functional collaboration
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership
