Qualifications

• Experienced with meat, fire, seasoning, and prep.
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
• Available full-time, including one weekend day and mostly evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with live-fire wood smokers daily.
• Season and cook Texas BBQ.
• Cut and plate BBQ for guests.
• Butcher raw product with precision.
• Clean, restock, and maintain a spotless station.
