Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical workload.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect.
• Work like a pit crew to find faster and smarter ways to work.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Load and unload tractor trailers and put away incoming material.
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Troubleshoot errors and fix the root cause to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep orders moving.
• Take ownership of your work and seek improvements.
• Help keep the workplace safe, organized and respectful.
