Do you love cooking? Do you love picture-perfect food? As a Pitboss, you will be responsible for ensuring everything that comes off the smoker at Edley's is prepared perfectly for our guests. In a high-energy environment, work closely with team members to deliver fresh, hot, nationally recognized food to our guests. From the kitchen to the dining room, you'll find a dynamic environment in the restaurant industry.

Our Pitboss positions are divided into three categories: Protein, Fry, and Middle Linebacker.

• Protein Pitbosses chop, slice, and plate meats from our smoker while assisting prep cooks with loading and unloading the smoker.
• Fry Pitbosses operate fryers and flattops, preparing items like golden brown catfish, hot chicken, and fried pickles.
• Middle Linebackers are hybrid roles that support busy shifts by assisting both Protein and Fry teams, handling tasks like slinging tacos and more.
