DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:

• Verify special meals & Gold Standards
• Verify coolers and freezer temps
• Obtain Chef Table samples according to schedules
• Conduct portion control weight compliance to specifications
• Daily random checks of Coolers for dating and labeling of product (FIFO)
• Monitor racks for proper storage of allergens and glass

JOBS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (ServSafe preferred)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend English and have strong basic math skills
• Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices
• Must apply safety and sanitations standards
• Work around moving parts & wet floors
• Ability to work in different temperatures (including a 38-degree cooler) throughout the shift
• Ability to walk, stoop, bend, reach , and stand for 8 hours a day as required
• Ability to use knives, cutting board, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicer, and related industrial kitchen equipment
• Ability to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
• Must have flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to push/pull up to70 lbs. with use of rolling carts
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required

• Must have interpersonal, organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes
