Kiewit/TIC Power is seeking a Piping Superintendent - Power to oversee piping installation and welding, align with project specs, and mentor field teams across fossil power projects. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and equipment manufacturers to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role demands strong leadership, hands-on piping experience, and the ability to manage complex field operations on major EPC power plant projects across North America.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' construction experience with 3+ years in a Superintendent/Leadership capacity.
• Hands-on piping installation and welding experience with management of pipe installation work.
• Familiar with ASME B31.1 or B31.3 and AWS welding codes.
• Must read and interpret fabrication drawings, spool drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.
• Familiarity with engineering 3D models is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with other trades to optimize work planning.
• Experience in piping systems testing and commissioning is a plus.
• Strong leadership, safety, quality installation, planning, and field execution.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and develop junior superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and field engineers.
• Review labor rates and ensure cost control within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractor interactions and field management meetings.
• Maintain positive client and vendor relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in meetings with client, engineer, and equipment manufacturers to address problems.
• Provide input for progress and cost updates to sustain financial control.
• Assist in change order reviews, approvals, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement project completion plans and turnover processes.
• Maintain detailed daily records for accurate documentation.
