Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' building experience on Data Centers, Power and related projects.
• Experience directing and coordinating trades as a superintendent.
• Ability to travel throughout the Midwest Region.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with CPM schedule development.
• Develop site logistics plans and oversee safety programs.
• Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure on-time completion.
• Review budgets, purchase orders, and equipment costs.
• Document daily site activities and maintain As-Built drawings.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
