Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field construction, supervise foremen, and work with the Project Manager to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project completion on complex commercial projects. This site-based role requires extensive travel across the Central Region.

The position is full-time and travel subsistence is provided per company guidelines. Experience coordinating trades and developing CPM schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of building experience on highly complex commercial projects.
• Previous superintendent experience directing and coordinating trades.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction and lead foremen to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to meet schedule and budgets.
• Develop and maintain site logistics and CPM schedules.
• Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Coordinate project drawings and submittals as needed.
• Ensure As-Built drawings are kept current.
