Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a seasoned field supervisor in Florida to lead, train, and coordinate a field project team on multimillion-dollar mechanical projects.

You will manage production, safety, and adherence to quality standards at job sites across the state. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field supervision of HVAC/mechanical systems, hold a journeyman/master license, and can navigate IMC/IPC/IBC codes while using project management software like Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360 and

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with hydronic piping systems, chiller, boiler, and water source heat pump systems.
• Progressive mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing leadership with a clear career path.
• At least five years of experience as a field supervisor managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master mechanical or plumbing license preferred.
• Knowledge of IMC, IPC, IBC, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Familiarity with project management and construction technology apps (Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, Open Space).
• Willingness to travel within the state of Florida.

• Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Hydronic piping systems, Chiller, Boiler, Water Source Heat Pump refrigeration systems.
• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of the IMC, IPC, and IBC Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
• Knowledge in Managing Plumbing Systems and / or HVAC Air distribution systems a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and construction technology applications such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, and/or Open Space preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to other Power Design project sites as needed within the state of Florida preferred.
